Our First Sail

Our first sail on board Ohana was a much-anticipated experience. The day was beautiful and warm. We stopped at the yacht club to pick up some sandwiches and drinks and then headed out to the Rio de la Plata. Her first sail was a test sail, and several people from 40GS were there to make sure that everything was set up OK.

Unfurling her mainsail and headsails for the first time, and feeling her accelerate under the power of the wind as the diesels were silenced, was a moment none of us will forget. We look forward to many, many more days like this.
